The ”StepByTech” program was distinguished with the seal “an INCoDe.2030 action”, and is aligned with 3 of the INCoDe.2030 action axes: education and professional training, qualification and requalification, and advanced training.
This is a program promoted by the Lisbon City Council, which aims to contribute to accelerating the digital maturity of people and companies and, at the same time, reduce the gender and generational gap in the technology market.
StepByTech is aimed at residents, professionals or students from the greater Lisbon area, aged 18 to 68, who wish to take their first steps in the area of programming and takes place in three phases.
The acquisition of programming knowledge, from elementary to advanced levels; the ability to solve programming problems; the development of soft skills, such as interpersonal relationships,
teamwork, creativity and active learning; preparing for interviews; and direct contact with an extensive network of local and global partners are some of the advantages that this program will provide.
