The INCoDe.2030 Route - Digital Training passed through Portimão on October 10th, to debate the topic of Tourism. Opening the session was the Executive Coordinator of INCoDe.2030, José Pedro Antunes, and the Vice-President of Portimão City Council, Álvaro Bila.

This was followed by a presentation by Roberto Antunes from NEST Portugal on Tourism and Innovation, and the panel dedicated to the event's theme, Tourism, which was moderated by Ricardo Sobral from Rickytravel, and with interventions by Ana Caldeira from Turismo de Portugal, André Corcos from Vila Galé Hotéis, André Gomes from Turismo do Algarve and Cláudia Almeida from the Escola Superior de Gestão, Hotelaria e Turismo (Universidade do Algarve UAlg).

We also attended the presentation of some of the emblematic projects that promote digital training in Portugal: Engenheiras Por Um Dia, Ensico, Apps for Good, Happy Code Portugal /Technovation Girls, EUSOUDIGITAL, PTSOC, NAU, Transformação Digital da Saúde - SPMS and Rampa Digital ; and then to the presentation of initiatives that stand out in the Portimão region, namely the Portimão City Council (Green Spaces Division and Modernization and Information Systems Division), the Portimão Museum and Portugal by Food.

During the day, two workshops took place in parallel: PTSOC & PSP - Challenges & Good Practices in Cybersecurity and Engineering for one day (aimed at schools).
