Digital Guarantee: to guarantee that all unemployed people have access to an offer, namely professional training in the digital area appropriate to their level of skills.

«Upskill» aims to reconvert employees, employed and unemployed, into professionals in the area of Information Technologies, Communication and Electronics. The program involves an intensive training period of six to nine months, followed by practical on-the-job training and professional integration into a company.

Program «Jovem + Digital»

«Jovem + Digital» aims to increase the employability of young people in digital areas through a training offer more adjusted to the needs of the labor market, focusing on the creation of short and medium-term training paths that are part of the National Catalog of Qualifications in the digital area.

Program «Emprego + Digital»

«Emprego + Digital» aims to increase the digital skills of workers. The project is based on carrying out specialized training in the digital area, which respond to the transversal needs of companies.

Platform «Academia Portugal Digital»

«Academia Portugal Digital» will enable citizens to be digitally trained at the various stages of their lives, providing them with skills that promote digital inclusion and accompany them on their digital journey, through guidance and advice on training paths aimed at qualifications associated to the different professional outputs in the digital area.

Program “Escola Digital”

«Escola Digital» aims at the digital transformation of schools, in order to guarantee: universal distribution of computers with mobile connectivity to students and teachers; teacher training and creation of digital transformation plans in each school cluster; and digital resources, namely textbooks, pedagogical resources and collaborative platforms.
