–CodeMaster is a training school for computer programmers in web languages, with an innovative teaching method, having already been considered by the Almada municipality as a project of public interest.

The changes caused by the inclusion of new technologies will be inexorable. Teaching will, necessarily, have to adapt to the new realities of the information and knowledge society, under penalty of becoming obsolete in the eyes of its actors: students; parents or other individuals in charge of students’ education,  and labor market agents.

The Escape Room and the Escape Game are concepts whose target is the unemployed population. It is a training space where a game methodology will be put into practice, an exercise that combines an immersive playful experience with a very strong pedagogical purpose, specifically designed for this context and for this target audience.

Vision Understanding & Machine Intelligence (VISUM) Summer School is a non-profit initiative that aims to bring together students, researchers and enthusiasts, both from academia and industry, with an interest in computer vision and artificial intelligence. With almost a decade of history, VISUM has established itself as a national and international reference, attracting, year after year, a growing number of participants, speakers and partners, from different areas and nationalities.

This action will take place in Figueira da Foz on a face-to-face basis (complying with all DGS standards) and/or on an E-Learning basis (it is possible to have both situations simultaneously in this type of courses, something they have been doing for 3 years), in Aveiro under the same conditions.

NEO FUNDÃO is an Online Tutoring Project for Basic Education students, namely from the 3rd to the 6th year of schooling.

Description –The pandemic caused by Covid-19 caused changes in social relationships, and the older population was among the age groups in which repercussions were felt more severely. And that’s where technology makes all the difference. Communication allows us to be informed, keep in touch with friends and family, reducing the feeling of isolation and access to many services without the need for travel and agglomerations.
