On the 8th of March, Women's Day at the University of Coimbra was celebrated, with the session "Women Keep Creating Value", where we got to know the vanguard work of women scientists and researchers, but also discussed and reflected on how Employers encourage the attraction and retention of female talent, as well as the promotion of reconciliation between professional, personal and family life.

The event was organized by INCoDe.2030 and Programa Engenheiras Por Um Dia, and ended with a message from the Secretary of State for Digitization and Administrative Modernization, Mário Campolargo.
