The Roadmap INCoDe.2030 - Digital Training passed through Funchal on the 24th of May, to discuss the topic of Digital Commerce. Opening the session was the General Coordinator of INCoDe.2030, Luisa Ribeiro Lopes, and the Deputy Mayor of Funchal, Cristina Pedra.

This was followed by a presentation by José Pedro Antunes, Executive Coordinator of INCoDe.2030, on the Study of the Digital Economy, and the panel dedicated to the theme of the event, Digital Commerce, which was moderated by Carlos Soares Lopes from Startup Madeira, and with interventions by Nuno Milagres from ACEPI on the ComércioDigital.pt initiative, Clotilde Cavaco from DGAE on Digital Commercial Neighborhoods, Sara Lobo from DECO Funchal and Jorge Veiga França from the Commercial and Industrial Association of Funchal.

We also saw the presentation of some of the emblematic projects that promote digital training in Portugal: Engineers for a day, Digital Transformation of Health - SPMS, PTSOC, Apps for Good, Happy Code, ubbu and Sitestar.pt, and then the presentation of initiatives that stand out in Madeira, namely the Regional Directorate of Informatics, NearSoft, Wowsystems and the Department of Information Systems and New Technologies of Funchal City Council.

At the closing, we had the presence of the Regional Director of Citizenship and Social Affairs, Maria da Graça Moniz.

During the day, three workshops were held in parallel: PTSOC & PSP - Challenges & Best Practices in Cybersecurity, Apps For Good (only for teachers) and Engineers for a day (aimed at schools).
