National Forum for Digital Competences
The National Forum for Digital Competences, which is responsible for gathering and coordinating a broad range of private and public companies and institutions to ensure widespread mobilisation for the National Digital Competences Initiative e.2030, Portugal INCoDe.2030 – as well as of organising an annual conference in which the developments in each line of action will be presented and analysed in the context of national and international success stories and good practices.
The Forum, chaired by Rogério Carapuça, also President of the Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications (APDC), aims to mobilize the Portuguese to build a fairer society and more attentive to the growing technological change, fomenting more inclusion in access to knowledge and participation in scientific and technological collaboration networks.
The 1st Conference of the National Forum for Digital Competences took place on December 6th, 2017, at the Convento de São Francisco in Coimbra. The objective of this meeting was to monitor and debate the National Digital Competences Initiative e.2030, Portugal INCoDe.2030.
The Conference presented case studies from each of INCoDe.2030 action lines: Inclusion, Education, Qualification, Specialization and Research.
