The “Data Academy” initiative was distinguished with the “an INCoDe.2030 action” seal, in the areas of Education, Training, Qualification and Requalification, and Advanced Training.
The “Data Academy” was created in 2020, by Closer Consulting, and is aimed at professionals at the beginning of their careers, with previous training in the areas of Computer Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics and similar areas. It is a job opportunity, which aims to recruit professionals who integrate company projects in the data sector, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Business Intelligence.
Selected candidates undergo an intensive soft and hard skills training program over the first 6 months.
This initiative already has 8 recruitment editions, developed over the last three years, and with thousands of applications received, being responsible for hiring more than a hundred professionals in that period.
